Quick Withdrawal Procedure for Guest Users

Have you made a purchase from SintesiBagno without creating an account? You can exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the form available on this page. Before proceeding, please read the Return Policy below.
 

After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your request and the date and time of submission.

PLEASE NOTE

Return shipping costs. For both returns for refund and returns for replacement, shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless otherwise indicated).

Toilet seats. If you return a toilet seat, it must be sent back in the original SINTESIBAGNO boxes and wrapped in its transparent protective film so that it cannot move or rub against other components (hinges, fixing kit, etc.). Please ensure that it is not damaged or marked during transport. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.

Important: you must include your full contact details and order number inside the package.

Return Policy. ** The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 18/19 days from the date on which the products are received, without having to provide any reason. The consumer shall return the products at their own responsibility and expense, unless otherwise indicated by SintesiBagno. The refund will cover exclusively the value of the purchased products. The products must be returned or delivered to SintesiBagno without undue delay and, in any case, within 18/19 days from the date on which the consumer notified SintesiBagno of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases: the products have been used; the original packaging or any of the accessories and components included in the original package are missing; the products have been made to measure or clearly customised.

Customers Purchasing with a VAT Number. Customers purchasing with a VAT number are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal. In certain cases, returns relating to purchases made with a VAT number may be authorised, subject to a handling charge equal to 30% of the value of the returned products.
