Then take:
- front photo from above
- side photo (or a 3/4 angle if you have difficulty positioning yourself next to the toilet bowl)

- Depth (Y) → length of the toilet bowl from the front edge to the hinge center distance
- Width (Z) → widest point

Absolutely not! Measurements are useful, but only as a second step. It is essential to send images of the toilet bowl — with the lid and seat lifted — one from the front and one from the side. For us, it is crucial to clearly see the shape of the bowl (which is why we ask you to lift the lid and seat if they are still present).
How long does it take to identify the model?

In any case, check your WhatsApp or email carefully, as in several cases the reply was sent but overlooked by the customer!
